A Message on COVID-19 from TBP Fitness & Wellness. We take the safety and health of our clients very seriously. We are offering virtual training sessions, and as the state guidelines permit, we will offer in home training sessions while utilizing PPE to maintain the safety of clients and staff.
Our Mission
Total Body Performance Fitness & Wellness is an in-home and virtual concierge personal training company. We service in person clients in Fairfield County, CT and lower Westchester County, NY and an unlimited geographic range of virtual clients. TBP trainers are licensed therapists and personal trainers with over 25 year of experience in rehabilitating patients through physical therapy, occupational therapy, personal training and health coaching.
