A little sweet treat for January healthy re-boot. Anti-inflammatory turmeric and chai spices, cacao, almond milk, and honey.
4 .5 Tbsp cacao#
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/8 tsp nutmeg
Pinch of black pepper and salt
1 cup almond milk
1 cup water
Honey to sweeten, you can stevia, coconut sugar or monk fruit .. or whatever Natural sweetener you prefer
Place all ingredients in a pot, combine and bring light simmer. ☕️😊
