My main source of exercise has always been running because it was the only workout I felt that I could actually do. Before working with Marco, I had always dreaded trying any type of exercise that was out of my comfort zone for fear of hurting myself or looking stupid because I had no idea what I was doing. Since having my first session with Marco about two months ago, I have realized that I am more than capable of doing exercises that are not running. Marco is so nice and definitely knows how to push me without overdoing it. He never makes me feel judged if it takes me a few tries to get the form right on a certain exercise, which it often does. He has also taught me a ton of different exercises that I can do on my own, using my own body weight or resources that I have in my house so that I never have to go to a gym if I do not want to. Working with Marco has actually made me look forward to and enjoy changing up my workouts. I have had such a great experience with Marco and I totally feel myself getting stronger. I would recommend Marco to anyone, no matter what level they are at!

Sara is my sister-in-law and when she asked me to try the Arbonne 30-day challenge I was a little skeptical. I was pleasantly surprised at how well I started to feel just after the first week. I made a few minor changes to my diet and followed the 30-day plan. The protein powder was my favorite and the easiest to incorporate into my shakes. I increased my fruit and veggies, cut my coffee intake down to 1 cup in the morning, gave up dairy and watched my gluten intake. Marco of TBP, is a unique personal trainer because he combines his knowledge of physical therapy with fitness. I am 57 and had both my hips replaced in the last 1.5 years. I met Marco because he did my immediate post-surgical PT. I recovered quickly under his care but was not able to get back in the habit of working out after 2 years of barely walking. I just couldn’t motivate myself. I started working out with Marco just a few weeks ago and already feel like a new person — my old self. He is very conscientious about form and avoiding pain in the joints but also ensures a tough workout. Although he is in perfect physical form, he delivers no judgement. I have lost a few pounds and no longer huff upstairs. And I am excited to work out on my own in between sessions.

Without Marco, I would not have been able to stay in shape during this quarantine. Our Skype sessions are the best motivation to push myself and really work out.
